MOTHER'S PIMENTO CHEESE PASTE
 

2 c. cheese, cut sm. (Velveeta)
1/2 c. milk
2 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 can pimentos

Place cheese, milk, salt, and beaten yolks over low heat; cook, stirring constantly, until cheese dissolves. Remove from heat and when cool, add pimentos. Makes enough for several sandwiches.
