In small bowl combine, then set aside: 1 c. quick-cook rolled oats
In large mixing bowl, combine the following ingredients well until smooth: 3/4 c. brown sugar 1 egg 1/4 c. butter 1 tbsp. vanilla 1 tbsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Stir in oatmeal mixture. Add 1 cup flour, stirring just until mixed. Fold in 1 1/3 cups blueberries. Line muffin tins with cupcake papers and fill to 2/3 full. Bake 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees.
