SOUR CREAM CORN BREAD
 

1 (8 1/2 oz.) can cream style corn
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. self-rising cornmeal

Combine corn, sour cream, eggs and oil. Combine cornmeal and baking powder. Mix together and bake in iron pan 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
