BREAD OR BUN DOUGH
 

7-8 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. lukewarm milk
1/2 c. warm water
2 eggs
2 pkgs. dry yeast
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Mix together with all other ingredients. Let raise in a warm place for about an hour. Punch dough down. Let raise 1/2 hour; punch again. Then cut dough into 3 pieces for bread or 24 pieces for buns. Place in greased pans. Raise for about 1/2 hour. Bake bread at 350 degrees for 1 hour or buns at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
