WHOLE WHEAT PIZZA DOUGH
 

3/4 c. warm water
1 1/2 tsp. dry yeast
1 tsp. safflower oil
1 tsp. honey
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. unbleached flour

Sift together the two flours. Mix dry yeast, distilled water and honey. Let stand 5 minutes. Add salt and 1 cup flour. Mix well. Add safflower oil. Knead in remaining flour for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover, let rest 15 minutes.

Place on well-greased glass Pyrex pizza baking dish. Add sauce and cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
