1 1/4 c. very hot water, about 120 1 c. whole wheat flour 1 pkg. yeast 1 c. white flour 1/2 tsp. salt Spread dough on a greased cookie sheet or pizza pan. Make a ridge around the edge and grease the top crust lightly, let rise about 30 minutes. Cook in oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Take out and then add your toppings. Bake at 375 degrees. |
