MINI SOUR CREAM MUFFINS

1 c. butter, softened
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
2 c. self-rising flour

Combine butter and sour cream until smooth. Gradually stir in flour. Spoon into ungreased mini muffin pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
