In very large bowl mix cereal, sugar, flour, soda and salt. Mix; do not beat. Add eggs, oil, buttermilk. Mix again, well. Keep covered in refrigerator. Bake as needed in greased tins. Dough lasts up to 6 weeks.
Bake 15-20 minutes at 375 degrees. Some ovens require almost 25 minutes. Makes about 4 dozen muffins, depending on size.
