3/4 c. flour 3/4 c. whole wheat flour 1/2 c. rolled oats 1/3 c. cornmeal 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 3 eggs, separated 3 tbsp. oil 1 3/4 c. milk Blend the first 7 ingredients together. Whip egg whites until stiff. Blend together milk, oil and egg (yolks) together. Add to flour mixture, then fold in egg whites. Cook on greased griddle. |
