2 pkg. yeast
2 1/2 c. warm water
Soften and dissolve yeast.
Add: 3/4 c. sugar 2 eggs 8-8 1/2 c. flour 2 tsp. salt, optional
Add flour to mixture 1/2 cup at a time. Beat for 1 minute after each addition. Makes a soft dough. No kneading. Put in greased bowl and cover tightly. Punch down when ready to bake. Shape rolls and let rise 1 hour. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes on greased baking sheet. Makes 3 dozen.
