4 eggs 1 1/2 c. sour cream or yogurt 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. baking soda 2 tbsp. wheat germ 1/4 c. whole wheat flour 1/4 c. rolled oats 1/2 tsp. salt Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well with a wooden spoon. Place 1/4 cup amounts on greased griddle until bubbles form on top, then turn and brown on other side. Makes 12 to 16 pancakes. |
