2 c. Morrison - Milling Biscuit Mix
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. beer
1/8 tsp. salt

Mix dry ingredient, add beer and stir only until the ingredients are blended. Drop into greased muffin tins and bake in a 450 degree oven for approximately 10 minutes. If biscuits are rolled and cut with a biscuit cutter, decrease the amount of liquid used for a firmer dough. Makes 12 biscuits.
