MILTON'S MUFFINS #1
 

3 c. Quaker Oats
1 c. wheat bran
1 c. bulgar wheat
2 c. All Bran cereal
1 c. walnut chips
1 c. raisins
4 eggs (Egg Beaters)
3 tbsp. Flaxoil (Linseed)
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. Sweet & Low (equivalent)
2 c. non-fat dry milk (or skim milk)
1 c. buttermilk
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda

Bake for 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Makes 21 muffins.
