EASY CHEESY MUFFINS
 

2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 oz. shredded med.-sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 c. vegetable oil

Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Combine dry ingredients. Stir in cheese until coated with flour mixture. Combine milk, egg and oil, and add to dry ingredients all at once. Stir only until moistened.

Fill greased medium-size muffin pans. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve hot. Makes 12 muffins.
