DINNER YEAST ROLLS
 

3 pkgs. yeast
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. water

Mix together the above and set aside. 2 tsp. salt 1 stick butter 1/2 c. sugar

Mix together flour, salt and sugar. Cut in butter then add 3 cups warm milk and 1 egg and the first set of ingredients. Put on floured board and knead 10 minutes, adding more flour until dough is not sticky. Grease a large bowl and also grease the ball of dough. Cover dough and let warm to double in size. After dough has doubled in size, roll out into rolls. Set aside to rise again. Then bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
