CHICKEN FLORENTINE

Roasted chicken 7 lbs. chuck
2 boxes UNCLE BEN'S® Country Inn Rice Florentine

Cook rice separately. Add one seasoning packet to the cheese sauce.

SAUCE:

2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. flour

Bake at 350 degrees for about 60 minutes.
