4 chicken breasts 8 slices cooked ham 4 Swiss cheese fingers, 1/2 x 1/2 inch Salt, pepper and thyme 1/4 c. melted butter 1/2 c. corn flake crumbs Pound chicken 1/2 inch thickness. Place ham and cheese on top, season and roll. Secure with toothpick. Dip in butter then corn flakes. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. SAUCE: Heat in saucepan: 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 c. sour cream Juice of 1 lemon (about 1/3 c.) Pour over chicken and serve immediately. |
