BEER - BATTER CHICKEN
 

As given coats 3 thighs and 3 legs. In parenthesis coats 2 fryers. 1/2 tsp. (1 1/2 tsp.) salt 4 oz. (1 - 12 oz. can) beer

Combine flour, salt and beer. Beat with whisk or rotary beater until smooth. Let stand 30 minutes. Dip chicken in batter until fully coated. Deep fry at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
