1 chicken breast for each person 1 sm. bottle catsup 1 can tomato soup or tomato paste 1 bell pepper, chopped 1/4 c. brown sugar 1/3 c. vinegar 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 can pineapple chunks and juice
Mix sauce and pour over chicken. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour covered. Remove cover and bake an additional 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
Personal note: I prepare the sauce, pour it over the chicken and refrigerate overnight to bake on Sunday morning before church.
