This is a quick and easy dish made with leftover cooked chicken. 2 tbsp. butter 1 c. cold milk Dash of salt & pepper 1 (10 oz.) box thawed mixed vegetables 1 c. cut up cooked chicken Any leftover gravy (opt.)
Make White Sauce. Heat flour, butter and milk over medium heat until boiling, reduce heat and add vegetables, chicken and leftover gravy. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes on medium. Serve over toast wedges. Salt and pepper to taste.
