3 oz. white wine 1 tbsp. dry mustard 4 cloves garlic, mashed 1 c. mayonnaise 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. tarragon vinegar 1 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. celery salt or seed 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. A-1 sauce 1/2 tsp. rosemary 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning 1/2 tsp. bitters 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce 10-12 pieces boneless chicken breasts Blend all the ingredients except for the chicken in a blender. Place chicken in a large Ziploc freezer bag and pour blended mixture over chicken. Marinate for 5-6 hours or overnight. Grill no more than 10 minutes on each side or bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. |
