CHICKEN OR TURKEY DRESSING CASSEROLE
 

3-4 c. boned, cooked chicken or turkey

DRESSING:

Melt 1 stick butter with 1 rib celery and 1 medium onion, chopped fine.

Add to: 4 c. cornbread crumbs 2 tsp. sage or poultry seasoning 1 tsp. salt Pepper to taste
