CHICKEN CORDON BLUE
 

6 boneless chicken cutlets
6 slices Swiss cheese
6 slices cooked boiled ham
2 c. crushed Tollhouse Cracker Crumbs
1 stick butter (or butter)
Toothpicks

Put chicken cutlet on flat surface and pound it flat using rolling pin or edge of plate. Place slice of cheese on top of chicken cutlet. Place slice of ham on top of cheese. Roll up the layered chicken cutlet and put toothpick through it so it does not unroll. Place in oven proof pan. Do this with all the chicken cutlets.

Melt stick of butter. In separate bowl, pour melted butter over crushed Tollhouse Crackers. Mix up until crackers are covered with butter. Spoon this mixture over the tops of the chicken rolls. Put in 350 degree oven until done for 1 hour or 45 minutes.
