CHICKEN FETTUCINI
 

2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts
Garlic powder
Soy sauce
1 pt. heavy cream
2 sticks butter
1 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
1 lb. fresh linguine or angel hair

Cut chicken into bite size nuggets and saute in garlic powder and soy sauce (to taste) until completely cooked. Set aside in a covered pan on low. Next in a medium size sauce pan on medium heat, stir butter and cream until butter is completely melted. Add Parmesan or Romano cheese and stir frequently. Following directions on package, cook the pasta until done. Drain pasta and place on a large serving platter. Place chicken on top of pasta and pour sauce over everything. Serve immediately.
