2 1/2 lb. chicken 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. crushed rosemary 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 pt. salad oil
Chicken breasts, drum sticks, or wings are fine to use. Mix flour, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl. Wash chicken and coat with flour mixture. Let coated parts dry for about 1/2 hour.
