1-2 lbs. skinned chicken breasts, sliced into strips, approx. 1" wide 10 bamboo skewer sticks Garlic powder Powdered ginger 1/4 c. lite oil (sesame or olive) 1/2 c. soy sauce 1 whole lime Thread chicken strips onto skewers. Brush with oil. Sprinkle garlic and ginger powders. Douse with soy sauce, then squeeze lime (halved) over chicken in glass baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, then broil briefly to brown. Serve with rice and fruit. |
