3 oz. boneless chicken breasts, skinned 1 oz. cooked ham, lean 1 oz. Swiss cheese Fresh minced parsley Garlic powder 2 tbsp. crumbled Melba rounds 2 tbsp. liquid skim milk 1/4 tsp. salt Dash pepper Flatten chicken with mallet. Place ham slice then cheese slice on the chicken. Sprinkle with seasonings. Roll up chicken; secure with a toothpick. Dip roll in skimmed milk and roll in crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
