4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (halved) 1 egg (beat in bowl) 8 slices Swiss cheese 8 slices ham 1 c. bread crumbs Remove all fat, etc. from chicken. Lay flat and layer 2 slices ham/cheese, roll or fold, dip in egg, then bread crumbs. Place in baking dish and put pat of butter/butter on each piece. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. (You don't need to turn the chicken.) |
