1 stick butter 1 (2 1/2 oz.) bottle mushrooms 1 sm. green pepper 1/2 c. flour 1 onion 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 c. chicken broth 2 c. milk 1 tsp. poultry seasoning 2 c. chicken 1 sm. pimento Saute green pepper and onion in butter. Add flour and seasonings. Cook over low heat constantly. Add chicken and pimento. Cook until chicken is heated through. You can add a can of cream of chicken soup. |
