1 chicken, cut up (or breasts, drumsticks)
1 can cream of chicken soup (or cream of mushroom)
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise

Place chicken in oven-proof pan. Combine soup, cheese and mayonnaise; pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
