CHICKEN AU JUS
 

1 tbsp. oil
2 - 2 1/2 lbs. chicken, cut up
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 env. Au Jus
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. water

Heat oil in skillet and brown chicken over moderate heat. Remove chicken as it browns. Brown onion and remove. Stir Au Jus mix, orange juice and water together. Put in skillet. Add chicken and onion. Reduce heat. Cover and cook 1 hour. If gravy looks low add more orange juice.
