1 chicken, cooked then diced 1 lg. onion 1 sprinkle garlic salt Black pepper to taste 6 oz. can tomato paste 3 c. flour Chopped parsley butter Oil Cook chicken with all the ingredients except tomato paste and flour. Cover with enough water to cook. Add tomato paste and continue little by little. Mix well with 1 cup flour; add until it makes a dough and can be removed from pan. Add enough butter or oil so it does not stick to your hands. Shape into sausage size croquettes. Dip fry in hot oil. |
