3 chicken breast, boned and cubed 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 pt. (8 oz.) sour cream TOPPING: 3/4 of 1 roll of Ritz crackers & crumbled) 1/4 c. soft butter Saute chicken in butter until done. Mix together soup and sour cream. Put chicken in casserole (drain off butter from chicken using slotted spoon) and mix in the soup and sour cream mixture. Topping: Mix together Ritz crackers and butter, sprinkle over chicken mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. |
