SAUTEED CHICKEN BREAST
 

4 boned & skinned chicken breasts
1/2 c. olive oil
1 tsp. fresh basil
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
Paprika

Heat oil over low heat. Slice meat into 2 or 3 strips lengthwise. Add garlic and basil to hot oil, saute for 1-2 minutes. Add chicken, cook until golden brown. Just before done sprinkle with paprika and add teriyaki sauce.

All this talk about barbecue reminds me that it is complete you have to include a good sauce. This is one of the best I've ever tasted and naturally its a Cajun recipe. Here then is:
