RUSSIAN CHICKEN
 

Chicken breasts
8 oz. Russian dressing
1 env. onion soup mix
1 sm. jar apricot preserves

Combine Russian dressing, onion soup mix and apricot preserves. Line 8 x 10 inch baking dish with aluminum foil, place chicken breasts in pan. Pour Russian dressing mixture over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
