CHICKEN FAJITAS
 

Slice 4 or 5 raw chicken breasts into thin fajita style strips.

MARINADE IN:

1 sm. bottle Wishbone Italian dressing
1 onion, chopped into crescents
1 green pepper, chopped into crescents
2-3 tomatoes, quartered
2-3 tbsp. Pappy's Fajita spice
A bit of chopped fresh parsley, if desired
A few sliced mushrooms, if desired

Fry in a few tablespoons of hot oil in a skillet or on a griddle. Serve sizzling to be placed into warm thick chewy tortillas, and folded to eat. You may add hot refried beans and/or cheese to the tortilla before wrapping to eat.
