2 whole chicken breasts 1/4 c. butter 3 tsp. Dijon mustard 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 tbsp. minced parsley (optional) 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs 1/2 c. Parmesan Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan and parsley together before rolling chicken. Saute butter, mustard, garlic with chicken. Cook chicken to a light brown in this. Remove, and roll chicken in bread crumbs, Parmesan and parsley. |
