Chicken, small pieces 1 lg. onion, minced 1 clove garlic, minced Salt and pepper Soy sauce 1/2 c. white vinegar 1 bay leaf Thyme Saute onion and garlic. Salt and pepper chicken and put in with above. Drench in soy sauce; add vinegar, bay leaf and thyme. Cook 40-45 minutes over stove. Barbecue until brown. |
