2 lbs. chicken (whole or pieces) Soy sauce to taste 1 med. onion, sliced Garlic powder to taste Fresh garlic (4 or 5 cloves, minced Black pepper to taste 2 or 3 lemons to taste (juiced) 1 lg. potato, sliced 2 med. tomatoes, sliced 1 tsp. taste enhancer at the very last (Accent) Mix all ingredients together with a little water in a large pot. Cook more onion and garlic in oil and pour over chicken and sauce in large pot. Cook until chicken is tender. |
