3 c. milk
6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. flour
Season with salt, pepper and paprika to taste.
Add: 1 can mushrooms, drained 1/2 c. chopped pimiento 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
Cook until flavors are blended being careful not to scorch. Serve over small biscuits or in patty shells. Serves 12.
