CHICKEN ADOBO
 

8 oz. vinegar
12 oz. water
1/2 med. onion, chopped
6 bay leaves
4 tbsp. soy sauce
4 to 5 cloves garlic
Black pepper

Combine above ingredients in electric wok, cover, cook at 420 degrees until water is gone. For less tangy, you may add 5 to 6 tablespoons brown sugar.
