1/4 c. vinegar 1/4 c. soy sauce 2 cloves fresh garlic, crushed 1 tbsp. whole crushed pepper 3 to 4 bay leaves 1 or 2 frying chicken, cut up Dash of salt & Accent (optional) Put it all into a large pot with a cover on medium heat. Boil 25 minutes. Take cover off and let cook down to reduce liquid. Serve warm or room temperature with rice. |
