2 lb. frozen butter basted Swift's Premium Turkey roast 10 oz. jar apple jelly 3 tbsp. red wine 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon Prepare turkey roast according to package directions. In a double boiler, melt apple jelly. Combine cornstarch and cinnamon. Gradually add wine to cornstarch mixture, making a smooth paste. Pour into apple jelly, stirring constantly until thickened. Spoon a thin glaze over turkey roast before serving. Slice turkey roast into 1/2 inch slices and serve with wine sauce. |
