1 lb. ground turkey 1 lg. onion, diced fine 2 1/2 c. V-8 juice 2 c. frozen cauliflower, chopped 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning 1/2 tsp. celery salt Salt and pepper to taste In large skillet, fry turkey and onions until onions are clear. Add seasoning and V-8 juice. Bring to rolling boil. add cauliflower; cook until cauliflower is tender. Serve. Chili powder may be added, if you wish. This dish may be frozen for future use. |
