GROUND TURKEY MEAT BALLS
 

1 (1 lb.) roll ground turkey, thawed
1/2 c. milk
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1 med. potato, grated
1/8 tsp. allspice; optional
1/8 tsp. nutmeg; optional
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt or less
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Mix all ingredients except the soup. If the grated potato is watery, squeeze the liquid out. Form the balls, dip into flour and brown well. Put into a baking dish. Pour the soup over the top and bake 30-45 minutes at 325 degrees. These meatballs are quite light and fluffy so flour them well so they won't fall apart.
