CHICKEN ENCHILADA CASSEROLE
 

1 med. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. butter

Saute.

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. chicken broth
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies

Combine and add onion-butter mixture.

Layer in a casserole making at least 2 layers of each:

Torn up flour tortillas
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 lb. grated cheese
The above sauce

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
