16 chicken drummettes
1 pkg. buttermilk salad dressing
1 pkg. corn bread stuffing mix
Pepper to taste

Coat chicken with salad dressing mix. Roll in stuffing mix. Season with pepper. Place in 9x11 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Yield: 4 servings.
