2 med. onions 4 cloves garlic 4 boneless chicken breasts, cut up in strips or chunks 1 c. white wine 3 tbsp. olive oil 1 can mushrooms, drained Salt, pepper & parsley to taste Saute onions and garlic until tender. Add chicken; cook until browned. Add wine, cook on medium low heat until wine cooks down. Add mushrooms. Season to taste. Add more wine or water if needed. Serve with vegetables, potatoes or pasta.
