GRANDMOTHER BERTHA'S TURKEY SOUP
 

8 c. of water
2 lg. turkey wings
1 pkg. dried vegetable soup mix
4 carrots
2 stalks of celery
Parsley, dill, parsnip, root parsley
Salt to taste
1 can of Campbell's tomato soup (you may want to use 2 cans)

Bring 8 cups of water to a boil. Add soup mix, turkey, carrots, and celery. Place other soup greens in cheesecloth and place in pot. Add salt to taste, bring to a boil and simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until turkey is done. Remove turkey and greens from the pot and add the tomato soup mix and cook for 5 minutes. Serves 8.
