Barbecue chicken wings 30 chicken wings 1 c. water 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. sweet pineapple juice 1 tsp. ginger 1/4 c. salad oil Cut off tips of wings. Cut back of wings in half. Combine in bowl or blender, water, soy sauce, sugar, pineapple juice, garlic powder, ginger and salad oil. Place wings in shallow dish or pan. Pour sauce over wings. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake until tender, 45 minutes. Serves 16. |
